Ty Morn - Last Villain Testament

Ty Morn is a British band project formed by musician and composer Aron Biale in early 2018. The idea was to create a collection of songs influenced by the "greats" of heavy metal and rock from the late 1970's and 80's.

The debut album "Istor" was released on Doc Gator Records in August 2019 and won many sympathies

In February 2022 the follow-up "Last Villain Testament" will be released on vinyl & CD (Doc Gator Records). Written by Aron Biale, the songs once again feature powerful vocals from Raphael Gazal (Bulletback, Leviathan), lead guitars from Joao Corceiro and Martin Szorad, and returning Per Mikkelsen on drums.

The album was recorded at The Korrigans Lair Studio in France in 2020/2021 and mixed by Shasank Venkat (Against Evil) at Sonic Roar Studios.

The front cover was specially designed by the Czech artist Honza Pavlis.

"There were various 'epic' influences on 'Istor' but this time I wanted to focus on shorter songs that sit somewhere between traditional metal and hard rock. Artists like Diamond Head, Alice Cooper, Mercyful Fate, HP Lovecraft and of course Judas Priest have influenced me.

The lyrics are about the thoughts of a character called "The Warlock", the last surviving villain in a future world, who looks back on man's struggle with nature and himself and records this as the final testament."
