HÖWLER is a thrash metal band from Costa Rica. It was formed in 2013 following the merger of Inhaler
and the predecessor of Höwler. Their energetic thrash metal, enriched with classic heavy metal
elements, convinces simply by its quality.
The national and international press already knew this on the CD "No More Circus", which also
which was also released on Ragnarök Records, impressed and was rewarded with an average rating of 8.5/10 points. And
"Descendants Of Evil" is even stronger in terms of songwriting, mixing and mastering, that
by none other than Destruction's Martin Furia. Add to that the iconic artwork by Dan
Goldsworthy, in the tradition of thrash metal classics "Rust in Peace" by
Megadeth or "The Underworld" from Evildead designed by Edward J. Repka. The listener gets this
expectations too
From the furious opener "New World Disorder" to the more complex "The Last Days" to the party
Party feeling from "Live to Party, Party to Live".
HÖWLER has played live in almost every region of Costa Rica. Other performances in Mexico,
Panama, Nicaragua and Honduras, where they share the stage with bands like DRI, Wiplash,
Angelus Apatrida, Solstice and Thrash or Die are also on her resume. In addition, HÖWLER
in Spain as "Best Band Costa Rica" nominated for the Independent Music Awards.
